Beth Anderson is an associate in the San Francisco office of Cox, Castle & Nicholson LLP, where she focuses on the acquisition, financing, and development of affordable housing projects. She has also represented public and private clients in a variety of real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and leasing of municipal and commercial properties and condominium conversions.

Ms. Anderson holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Masters of Fine Arts from Brown University. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as a Dillard Writing Fellow and an Executive Editor of the Virginia Tax Review.

Ms. Anderson is a member of the State Bar of California and the Virginia State Bar.
