Devon Caroselli is an associate in the San Francisco office of Cox, Castle & Nicholson, LLP with a practice emphasis on commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the acquisition, disposition and development of real estate assets, joint ventures, real estate secured lending and other related transactions.

Ms. Caroselli graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications, with a business organizations minor and a political science minor, from Loyola Marymount University in 2002. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2006, where she was Notes Editor of the Interdisciplinary Law Journal and a recipient of the NCAA Post-Graduate Scholarship.
